Why Pedicures are NOT a luxury, but a necessity!

The gentle touch, warm bubbles caressing your feet, the relief of your tired
muscles getting massaged. One can easily place this as a luxury service.
Here's the harsh reality that not many people see or want to recognize. When
life slows down, your feet and body in general are not carrying you quite the same,
suddenly it becomes obvious that you need help.
We don't realize just how hard our feet have to work. Like an underpaid
employee, they become resentful. Pain where you never felt it before, your joints s
show a reluctancy to help you reach, and as a result, toenails that grow toward
your already exhausted feet.
Allocating a pedicure for yourself once a month should become as common
as having a Netflix account, as necessary as having a good pair of shoes, and
as important as being able to see a doctor.
Start early, treat your pedicurist as you would your doctor, (find a good one!)
Know that placing a "NB," next to your feet appointment shouldn't come with
a side dish of guilt!
